• 1 bowl lamb`s lettuce
• 300 ml orange juice (not-from-concentrate)
• 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, lighter
• 150 ml olive oil
• Salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

1. For the fruity dressing, put orange juice with balsamic vinegar, a little salt, pepper and olive oil in a screw-top jar, close the jar and shake well.
2. Wash the lamb`s lettuce and drain well. Then arrange both and enjoy fresh.
3. The leftover dressing can be kept in the refrigerator for at least 7 days.
