Wash the lamb`s lettuce, cut off the ends of the roots and then dry them well (preferably in the salad spinner). Cut the ginger into very small cubes. Wash the spring onions and cut into fine rings. Peel the orange and remove the white skin if possible. Then divide into columns and halve them again.
For the sauce, mix the cream with the oil, ginger, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Arrange the salad with the oranges and spring onions and only pour the sauce over it when serving.
If you want it to be quick, it also tastes good without the orange and spring onions.
Instead of the lamb`s lettuce, the dressing also tastes very good with lettuce.
