Instructions

  1. Sort the lamb`s lettuce, clean, wash thoroughly and drain well. Rinse the thyme, coarsely chop the leaves.
  2. For the vinaigrette, peel off the shallot and garlic. Finely dice shallot, press garlic. Make a marinade from salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar and oil. Mix in the shallot and garlic. Clean and wash tomatoes and cut into wedges.
  3. Lightly toast the sunflower seeds in a pan without fat. Warm honey in a pan. Spread the goat cheese with it. Scatter thyme, briefly bake the thalers in the oven until they turn slightly brown. Decorate the lamb`s lettuce with tomatoes and cheese thalers. Drizzle with the vinaigrette, sprinkle with the sunflower seeds and serve immediately.
