Instructions

1. Clean the lamb`s lettuce and wash it thoroughly. Drain.
2. In a mortar, grind 2 juniper berries, the salt and a pinch of pepper together to form a powder. Add 1 teaspoon vinegar and 1 tablespoon oil and mix well with the juniper salt.
3. Spread the dressing over the lamb`s lettuce and mix in well.
