Ingredients

• 3 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 5 tablespoon heavy cream
• 150 g lamb`s lettuce

Instructions

1. Peel off the garlic clove, cut into small pieces and mash it together with the salt using a fork. Then mix with the lemon juice and cream.
2. Clean and wash the lamb`s lettuce and place in a salad bowl. Season the sauce again as required and pour over the salad.
3. Goes with many dishes - we prefer to serve the salad with spaghetti, meat loaf and potato dishes.
