• 150 g lamb`s lettuce
• 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
• 0.5 ½ mango (s)
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 0.5 teaspoon ½ honey or maple syrup
• 0.25 teaspoon ¼ ginger, grated
• 2 tablespoon broth
• 1 tablespoon pine nuts, roasted

Instructions

1. Clean and wash the lamb`s lettuce. Spin dry well. Peel the mango and cut into small pieces. Mix with all other ingredients and stir well with a hand blender. Fold the sauce into the salad and sprinkle with the roasted pine nuts.
