Lamb`s Lettuce with Mango Dressing and Pine Nuts

Instructions
Clean and wash the lamb`s lettuce. Spin dry well. Peel the mango and cut into small pieces. Mix with all other ingredients and stir well with a hand blender. Fold the sauce into the salad and sprinkle with the roasted pine nuts.
