Bring the vinegar, honey and soy sauce to the boil for a minute. After cooling, add the oil and stir.
Roast the almonds, sesame seeds and the crushed Mie noodles in a pan without oil. Start with the almonds because they take a little longer. Finally add the vegetable stock, stir well and then let everything cool down here as well. This can be done wonderfully the day before.
Just before serving, mix the washed lamb`s lettuce with the dressing and then sprinkle the roasted mixture over it.
