Instructions

  1. Cut the carrot into fine sticks and set aside. Quarter the mushrooms. Fry in a pan with a little vegetable oil and season with a little garlic powder, salt and pepper. Finally stir in the carrot sticks and sauté for about 1 minute.
  2. Finely dice the onion and place in a large bowl with the lamb`s lettuce. Mix the dressing ingredients and mix with the salad. Then stir in the mushrooms and carrot sticks and divide the salad between two bowls. Garnish with sprouts and lettuce seeds and serve immediately.
