Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the lamb`s lettuce. Cut the spring onion into fine slices. Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices. Heat the oil in the pan. Fry, salt and fry the mushrooms. Simmer on a low flame until the liquid has evaporated. Let cool down a little and mix with the sour cream, mustard, herbs and spring onions and fold into the lamb`s lettuce.
