Sort out the lamb`s lettuce, wash it well, drain it, then put it in a sufficiently large bowl. Cut the spring onion as small as possible and add. Peel and fillet the orange and add to the salad in small pieces. Finally, finely chop the walnuts and pour over the salad. Season with salt and pepper.
Put the oil, vinegar, honey and orange juice in a sealable container and shake vigorously, pour over the salad just before serving (otherwise everything will fall apart so quickly!) And mix it well.
Goes well with meat, fish and pasta, can be a starter or side dish.
