Wash, clean and dry the lamb`s lettuce. Beat the vinegar, spices and oil with the whisk and add the dill.
Wash, quarter, core and cut the pears crosswise into slices. Pour the sauce on the pears. Dice the camembert and mix with the lamb`s lettuce, pears and sauce.
Use 30% camembert and sweetener as a diet dinner. As a starter it is enough for 4 people, as a dinner for two.
