Instructions

  1. First cut the pear, parmesan and sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces. At the same time, roast the pine nuts, not too hot, as they burn quickly.
  2. Now put everything in a bowl and add the vinegar, oil and pepper. I don`t take extra salt as the tomatoes are salty enough. Finally wash the lamb`s lettuce and add to the rest.
  3. We like to eat roast beef or schnitzel with it.
