Instructions

  1. Wash and drain the lamb`s lettuce. Peel the pears and cut into thin wedges. Coarsely chop the walnuts with your hands and place in a large bowl with the pears and lamb`s lettuce. Cut the brie into very thin slices and decorate the salad.
  2. For the dressing, heat the honey together with the vinegar in a saucepan until it foams. Add the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Depending on the intensity, more or less vinegar may be necessary.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the lamb`s lettuce.
