Wash and clean the lamb`s lettuce. Halve the pomegranate and remove the seeds from one half of the pomegranate. Pour the kernels over the lamb`s lettuce.
Cut the dates into fine pieces. Finely dice the bacon. Let some germ oil get hot in the pan and roast the dates and bacon for a few minutes.
Place the dates and bacon on the salad.
Halve the orange and squeeze out. For the dressing, mix the freshly squeezed orange juice with 1 tablespoon of white basamic vinegar and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Then season the vinaigrette with salt and pepper and pour over the lamb`s lettuce.
