Wash and clean the lamb`s lettuce well. Cook the potatoes and let them cool down a little. You can of course also take some that are left over from the day before. Mash with a fork.
Mix the mashed potatoes well in a bowl with oil, lemon juice, salt, spices and dill and season to taste. Cut the onion into fine cubes and mix in.
Finally add the lamb`s lettuce and mix carefully with the potato dressing.
