Sort, clean and wash the lamb`s lettuce. Drain well in a colander. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan. Cut the salami into fine strips. Fry in the oil with the walnuts. In the meantime, mix the remaining oil with the cherry juice, water, vinegar, salt and pepper. Arrange the salad on 2 plates and cover with the cherry vinaigrette. Pour the fried walnut and salami mixture over the top with the hot fat and serve.
