Wash and clean the lamb`s lettuce. Wash raspberries. Arrange the lamb`s lettuce in a bowl, add the raspberries. Pluck the ham into small pieces or strips and also add to the salad. Dice the feta cheese and mix in.
For the vinaigrette, put the oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and raspberries in a tall mixing vessel and puree.
Roast the pine nuts in a pan without oil.
Spread the vinaigrette on the salad, sprinkle the pine nuts over the top and serve.
A refreshing salad that goes well with grilled food, of course.
Tip: I sometimes also add a few cubes of honeydew melon.
