Wash the lettuce thoroughly. Peel the kiwifruit, cut in half lengthways and then cut into thick slices. Squeeze the orange.
Mix one tablespoon of orange juice and the cognac and drizzle over the shrimp. Then mix the cream cheese with the rest of the orange juice and the horseradish until creamy and season with pepper and salt to taste.
Arrange all salad ingredients on salad plates and drizzle with the cream cheese dressing.
