• 1 packet lamb`s lettuce, approx. 50 g
• 1 packet sour cream
• salt
• pepper
• 2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
• 1 tablespoon honey
• Herbs, at will
• 1 onion (s)

Instructions

1. Wash and clean the lamb`s lettuce and remove the roots. Then dry well.
2. Dice the onions very small. Mix the sour cream well with the onions, salt, pepper, herbs, vinegar and honey in a blender jar. Spread over the salad.
3. Tastes wonderful with turkey breast, grilled vegetables or fried prawns.
