Wash the lamb`s lettuce, sort it, fill it into a large bowl. Peel the avocado, remove the core, core the apple as well, cut both into cubes. Wash the kidney beans in a colander and drain. Pour the tuna with the diced avocado and apple and the beans over the salad.
Prepare a dressing from yogurt, olive oil, honey (about 1 - 2 tablespoons), the pressed garlic cloves, paprika powder, mustard, salt and pepper (ideally in a shaker). If it is too thick, just dilute it with a little milk.
Pour the dressing over the salad, sprinkle with the soft cheese and serve.
You can also leave out the avocado or add mushrooms.
