Bring the whole milk, cream, sugar and salt to the boil. Stir in the durum wheat semolina and remove the pan from the stove. Leave to swell for approx. 20 minutes with the lid closed. Stir in between.
Pour the porridge into two small bowls and let them cool in the refrigerator.
Tip: If you don`t like the skin, you can put cling film directly on the pudding so that it doesn`t even develop in the first place.
