Mix all ingredients together well by hand. For the light-colored cookies, simply leave out the cocoa powder. Then roll small sausages approx. 2cm thick and put them in the refrigerator for an hour so that the biscuits can be cut better.
Cut the rolls into approx. 0.5 cm thick slices and distribute them on the baking sheet. Bake at 175 ° C for about 8-10 minutes.
When they come out of the oven, the cookies are still very soft but just right after cooling.
