Instructions

  1. First prepare the cottage cheese mixture. To do this, whisk the eggs with the cottage cheese, parmesan and basil. Then fry the beef and add the tomato sauce.
  2. Cover the bottom of a rectangular baking dish with some of the minced meat sauce and put a layer of pasta on top. Put about half of the cottage cheese mixture and a little sauce on top. Then another layer of pasta, 1/3 of the grated cheese and part of the sauce. Cover everything with pasta again and spread the rest of the cottage cheese mixture, 1/3 of the grated cheese and some more sauce on top. Then put on a last layer of pasta and cover well with the remaining sauce.
  3. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and place in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 ° C (convection). Then remove the aluminum foil, spread the rest of the grated cheese over the lasagna and put it in the oven for another 15 minutes.
  4. If you like zucchini, you can replace a layer of pasta with a layer of thin zucchini slices.
