Instructions

  1. First peel the sweet potato, then grate with the zucchini. Cut the mushrooms, tomatoes and spring onions into slices.
  2. Mix the sweet potato, courgette, mushrooms and spring onion crème fraîche and half of the cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Put the salmon in a baking dish and place the tomatoes on top. Now the first layer of lasagne sheets follows. Spread half of the crème fraîche vegetable mixture on top. Put the second layer of lasagne on top, then the second half of the vegetable mixture and finally the rest of the cheese.
  4. Put the lasagne in the oven for 45 - 60 minutes with the fan oven at 180 degrees.
  5. The ingredients are enough for me for a large baking dish. The working time is calculated when the vegetables are grated with the machine, it takes a little longer by hand.
