Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a small saucepan in a double boiler. Release the avocado meat, cut into cubes or thin wedges and drizzle with lemon juice.
  2. Heat the oil and lightly toast the garlic in it; Add the chiles and roast them.
  3. Cook the lasagne plates in plenty of salted water until they are firm to the bite.
  4. Pour the chocolate onto the garlic oil and stir everything well. Add a little pasta water until the sauce is not too runny.
  5. Pour the sauce over the still moist noodles and turn them over. Pour the avocado pieces over it.
