- Melt the chocolate in a small saucepan in a double boiler. Release the avocado meat, cut into cubes or thin wedges and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Heat the oil and lightly toast the garlic in it; Add the chiles and roast them.
- Cook the lasagne plates in plenty of salted water until they are firm to the bite.
- Pour the chocolate onto the garlic oil and stir everything well. Add a little pasta water until the sauce is not too runny.
- Pour the sauce over the still moist noodles and turn them over. Pour the avocado pieces over it.
