Instructions

  1. Roughly chop half the onion and sauté briefly in hot oil. Add the minced meat and fry until crispy and brown. Add the tomatoes cut into small cubes and deglaze with the tomatoes. Let everything boil down to a creamy sauce, stir every now and then. Season with pepper, oregano, basil, parsley, cayenne pepper, sugar and salt.
  2. At this point you would prepare the bechamel sauce. However, I use crème fraîche.
  3. In a greased casserole dish, cover the bottom with lasagne sheets, spread crème fraîche on top, put some minced meat sauce on top, put the lasagne sheets back on and continue until all the ingredients are used up, the top layer should be crème fraîche.
  4. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° for 30-45 minutes.
  5. Sufficient for approx. 6 people if there is a starter and dessert or alternatively 2-3 days for a flat share single.
