Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken and cut into small pieces like strips. Then fry in oil in a pan. Finely dice the onion and add the sliced garlic cloves. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and add about half of them, the other half will later be placed fresh on the wraps. Simmer everything with a good dash of white wine and the spices for about 20 minutes so that the liquid becomes thick.
  2. Meanwhile, turn the wraps in the pan for 10 to 20 seconds or heat them in the preheated oven for one minute.
  3. When everything has boiled down well, start topping the wraps. The recipe results in four wraps, which are topped as follows: first spread the cream cheese on the wrap, then top with 1/2 mozzarella ball, which is torn or cut into small pieces, then put 1/4 of the warm chicken. Finally, top with rocket and the remaining tomatoes as desired and close the wrap.
