We prepare products. You can take a ready-made curd mass, or you can cook it yourself by mixing cottage cheese, sugar, and sour cream in the desired proportions. Raspberries and apricots work well both fresh and frozen. We also need a cling film.
We divide the lavash into two squares measuring about 30 by 30 cm.
Put the curd mass in the blender bowl. We peel the bananas, break them into arbitrary pieces, and also send them to the blender bowl.
Grind with an immersion blender until smooth.
Cooking rolls with two types of filling – with raspberries and apricots. We wash and dry the raspberries. Peel and cut the apricots into small pieces.
We grease the pita bread layer with a banana-curd mass.
Put raspberries on one edge of the pita bread.
We roll the pita bread with the filling into a roll.
We do the same with the second layer of pita bread – grease it with a curd-banana mass but use apricots as a filling.
We wrap both rolls tightly in plastic wrap and send them to the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
Then we cut each roll across into pieces of 3-4 cm. If desired, grease the tops of the rolls with yogurt or sour cream and decorate with walnuts.
Lavash rolls with cottage cheese, fruits, and berries are ready.
