An original and budgetary snack made from only three ingredients – lavash snacks cooked in a pan. Lavash cut into thin strips and fried in a pan is an excellent light snack or a good addition to vegetable salads or soups!
Cut the lavash into thin strips about 7 mm wide and about 4-5 cm long.
Heat the oil in a wide skillet over medium-high heat. Put the Provencal herbs in hot oil.
Put sliced pita bread in hot aromatic oil and immediately start stirring vigorously, frying the pita bread on a fire slightly above average for about 3-4 minutes.
The strips of pita bread should be completely covered with oil and lightly browned. Remove the frying pan from the heat and cool the pita bread, stirring occasionally, but not so intensely.
Pita bread snacks cooked in a pan are ready! They can be served immediately after cooking.
