Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until thick and frothy. Gradually add the oil and mineral water. Mix flour with baking powder, sift over and mix in. Finally fold in the plucked lavender flowers.
  2. Grease a baking sheet, spread the dough on it and bake at 150 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes.
  3. After cooling, dust with powdered sugar and garnish with lavender flowers. To cut in pieces.
