Instructions

  1. Bring the cream, honey and lavender flowers to the boil. Take the pan off the plate and let it steep for 5-10 minutes, then sieve / remove the lavender flowers.
  2. Add 2 sheets of gelatine, soaked and drained, and stir well.
  3. Pour into cold rinsed molds. Leave to set in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. Overturn on plate.
  4. 1 tablespoon honey and half a lemon, just the juice, stir well and drizzle over it.
  5. Decorate with 150 g blueberries.
