Instructions

  1. For the pudding cream:
  2. Bring the milk to the boil. Mix the sugar and custard powder with some of the milk and then stir everything into the boiling milk. Mix in the finely chopped raisins and cover tightly with cling film to prevent skin from forming. Then put in a cool place.
  3. For the quark cream:
  4. Mix the quark with a little milk to a creamy mass. Stir in the sugar and vanilla sugar. Peel the apple, remove the core and cut into small pieces. Then stir into the quark cream as well.
  5. Finally, pour both creams in layers into dessert glasses and decorate as you wish.
