Drain the sour cherries and place in a large bowl, preferably a glass bowl, so you can see the layers later. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top.
Mix the cream cheese, quark, powdered sugar and milk and pour onto the cherries. Spread the egg liqueur on top. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff and spread over the egg liqueur.
Now place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
Spread a thick layer of crunchy chocolate muesli on top of the cream one hour before serving.
