• 1 kg grapes, seedless
• 250 g quark
• 250 g mascarpone
• 250 g whipped cream
• 2 packs biscuit (s), (chocolate cookies)
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 100 g suar

Instructions

1. Whip the whipped cream until stiff. Prepare a cream from quark, mascarpone and sugar and fold in the whipped cream. The cookies crumble.
2. Put half of the grapes in a large bowl. Spread half of the cream on top. Sprinkle half of the cookies on the cream. Then layer everything again in the same order.
