Cut the white cabbage into fine strips, preferably with a grater. Cut the potatoes into any fried potato shape. Cut the onion into small pieces.
Let the 2 rolls soften in warm water, then wring them out and shred them into small pieces. Knead both together with the egg and the minced meat in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
You need a large, high pan for cooking. As the bottom layer, put the sliced potatoes in the pan with a little butter. Pour some salt over it. Then you form a large flatbread from the minced meat, which is spread over the potatoes. Finally, add the finely grated white cabbage on top of the minced meat. Then add a little pepper over the cabbage.
Then fry everything for about 30 minutes over low heat, e.g., Level 4 - 5 of 9.
It must not be stirred, just lift the potatoes with a wide scraper in between so that they do not stick to the bottom of the pan.
