Mix the low-fat quark with milk, vanilla sugar and cinnamon until creamy. Then fill about 1/3 of it in a bowl or a jar and layer about 1 tablespoon of oatmeal on top. Now pour in another layer of quark and a layer of oatmeal. Put the rest of the quark cream on top and sprinkle the almonds or desiccated coconut on top.
Heat the thawed raspberries in the microwave and pour over them last.
Tip: ready in the morning for work or half an hour before consumption, so the oat flakes soften a little and are nice and soft. Do not add the raspberries until just before you are ready to eat them.
