Instructions

  1. Wash the turkey fillet, cut into strips and fry seasoned with salt and curry. Hard boil 5-7 eggs, peel and roughly grate separately in egg white and egg yolk.
  2. Dice the prunes and roughly chop the walnuts. Mix the mayonnaise and sour cream.
  3. The salad is served as follows:
  4. First put the meat in a bowl, the coarsely grated egg yolk on top, prunes, on top, cheese on top, nuts on top and finally the egg white. Between each layer there is a thin layer of the majo cream mixture, the very last layer also consists of the majo cream, this can be a little thicker and decorated with herbs or some retained egg yolk.
  5. The whole thing should go through for 24 hours to achieve a better taste result.
  6. This salad is nice and hearty.
