Instructions

  1. Cut the iceberg lettuce into small pieces. Drain the pineapple cubes, collecting the juice. Cut the peppers and celery into small pieces and drain the corn.
  2. Layer everything in a large bowl: first the iceberg lettuce, then the pineapple, then the peppers, then the corn, and finally the celery. Don`t stir!
  3. For the dressing, mix the Miracle Whip with the cream and 3-4 tablespoons of pineapple juice, season with salt and pepper. Pour over the salad, do not stir! Finally sprinkle the cheese cubes on top. Let the salad steep for about 24 hours and stir before consumption. The salad is best made in a transparent bowl!
