Instructions

  1. Season the minced meat with salt, pepper and paprika and sauté with the finely chopped onion. Add corn and beans and sauté briefly. Let the meat mixture cool down.
  2. Mix the taco sauce with sour cream, cut the iceberg lettuce into small pieces, cut the tomatoes into slices.
  3. Layer in the following order: the minced meat, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, sauce, minced meat, etc. finish with the sauce, distribute the rest of the cheese on top of the sauce. Let the lettuce soak in the fridge and top with tacos just before serving. But be careful: do not prepare too long before consumption, as the salad draws a lot of water over time.
