Simple and tasty unsweetened cottage cheese pancakes with kefir filling, which really taste very much like pies. If you use chopped sausage as a filling, you can “organize” such lazy pies almost instantly!

  1. Prepare all ingredients. Instead of kefir, you can use sour milk or a mixture of milk and kefir. You can come up with absolutely any filling – both sweet and savory: cottage cheese, mushrooms, chicken, eggs with onions or fruits and berries.

  2. Put cottage cheese in a deep bowl, beat in an egg and pour in 2/3 of kefir. Salt. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Turn off the soda. To do this, add it to the remaining kefir and stir.
  4. Add sifted wheat flour to the curd mass. Stir.
  5. Pour in kefir with soda and stir again with a whisk.
  6. The dough turns out to be as thick as for pancakes – it flows down from the spoon in a thick stream.
  7. Grate the sausage on a coarse grater or chop finely.
  8. Heat 1-2 tablespoon in a skillet. tablespoons of vegetable oil. Pour one ladle of dough into a preheated skillet, cover and fry the curd pancakes over low heat for about 30 seconds, until it is browned underneath.
  9. Add 1 teaspoon of the sausage filling to the half of the pancake.

  10. Cover the filling by folding the pancakes in half. Fry the “pies” under the lid for another 1 minute on each side. Do this with all the dough and filling. Add oil as needed.
  11. Remove the finished lazy “pies” from the pan onto a plate with a paper towel to absorb the excess oil.
  12. Fry the rest of the lazy cottage cheese pies with sausage in the same way.
  13. Lazy cooked sausage pies are ready.
  14. Decorate lazy “pies” with fresh herbs and serve while warm.
  15. Even a child can handle such lazy “pies”!
