Make a shortcrust pastry from the dough ingredients and place in the refrigerator for about 45 minutes.
For the topping, mix the quark, eggs and sugar by hand in a mixing bowl. Mix the pudding powder, oil and sour cream together and add to the quark mixture.
After the resting time, roll out the shortcrust pastry and line a greased springform pan with it. Put the quark mixture on top, the mixture is very liquid when poured in, but later becomes firm through baking, and spread the mandarins on top.
