Ingredients

• 200 g flour
• 75 grams sugar
• 1 egg (s)
• 75 g mararine
• 1 teaspoon Baking powder

For covering:

• 500 g quark
• 2 egg (s)
• 140 g suar
• 1 packet vanilla pudding powder
• 100 g sour cream
• 80 ml oil
• 240 ml milk
• 1 small can Mandarine (s)
• 1 pack cake icing, course

Instructions

1. Make a shortcrust pastry from the dough ingredients and place in the refrigerator.
2. Mix the quark, 2 eggs and sugar by hand in a mixing bowl. Mix the vanilla pudding, oil, sour cream and milk and fold into the quark mixture.
3. After about 45 minutes, roll out the shortcrust pastry and place in a springform pan. Put the quark mixture on top (the mixture is very runny, but will firm up when baked) and spread the mandarins on top. Bake at 180 degrees top / bottom heat in a preheated oven for about 50 minutes.
4. Let the cake cool down. Prepare the icing according to the instructions on the packet and cover the cake with it.
