Make a shortcrust pastry from the dough ingredients and place in the refrigerator.
Mix the quark, 2 eggs and sugar by hand in a mixing bowl. Mix the vanilla pudding, oil, sour cream and milk and fold into the quark mixture.
After about 45 minutes, roll out the shortcrust pastry and place in a springform pan. Put the quark mixture on top (the mixture is very runny, but will firm up when baked) and spread the mandarins on top. Bake at 180 degrees top / bottom heat in a preheated oven for about 50 minutes.
Let the cake cool down. Prepare the icing according to the instructions on the packet and cover the cake with it.
