Peel the pork fillet, cut into 1.5 cm thick slices and plate. Heat the clarified butter in a pan, fry the meat and place in a baking dish. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
Dice and sauté the onions. Press the garlic clove and add. Mix the cream, herbal cream cheese, mustard, soy sauce and Provence herbs in a measuring cup and pour over the mixture.
Scatter parsley over the meat. Pour the sauce over it and bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes.
