For the dressing:

• 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (currant balsamic vinegar)
• 1 teaspoon mustard
• 1 tablespoon walnut oil
• salt and pepper
• 1 teaspoon salad herbs, your choice

1. Cut the lettuce into small strips and wash. Stir the dressing together and season to taste. Mix both together and serve the salad.
