Clean and wash the lettuce and cut into strips. Wash the zucchini and cut into thin slices or sticks. Halve the tomatoes, cut the chives into rings. Peel and wash the potatoes and cut into 1/2 cm cubes.
Fry the potato cubes in hot oil over medium heat for about 15 minutes until crispy. Salt lightly.
Season the vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar well. Stir in the remaining oil and add the chives.
Mix the lettuce with the zucchini and tomatoes. Fold in the dressing. Sprinkle with potato cubes and serve.
