Instructions

  1. Prepare the millet in the broth according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Mix a dressing of mustard, oil, honey and lemon juice in a bowl and season with salt and pepper, stir in the cream cheese.
  3. Then cut the radishes into eighths. Cut the cucumber into 8 long strips, remove the seeds and dice. Dice the peppers and cut the spring onions into fine rings. Then remove the seeds from the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces. Add chopped chilli to taste.
  4. Finally fold in the millet.
  5. The amount is enough as a main meal for one person or as a side dish for two people.
