Instructions

  1. Mix the yogurt with the crushed garlic cloves. Shape the yufka dough into rolls and cut into strips with scissors. Bake the rolled up strips in a little olive oil until a golden-yellow crust is formed. Sear the minced meat vigorously and season with pepper.
  2. Put a layer of giant beans in a bowl, then 3/4 of the dough, 3/4 of the yoghurt and finally the minced meat. Spread the rest of the batter and yogurt on top. Garnish with roasted pine nuts.
  3. There is actually no salt in it!
  4. Variation: I sometimes use chopped pistachios instead of the pine nuts.
