The onion rings with the garlic slices in a wide pan
Fry vigorously in oil, push aside, add the liver strips,
continue to fry.
Season with soy sauce, pepper, salt, chilli powder and paprika, always turning well, add the apple slices and the balsamic vinegar shortly before the end and you`re done!
Served on farmer`s bread, with a balsamic beetroot salad
I can imagine that a shot of red wine would also go well.
The whole thing took about 30 minutes to clean, chop and sizzle.
