Peel and wash potatoes, cut into large cubes. Bring the beans, potatoes and ½ l water to the boil. Stir in the broth. Add a little thyme and simmer for about 15 minutes.
Peel the onions and cut them into rings. Dice the meat loaf. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the meat loaf and onions in it and add to the bean vegetables.
Put the vegetables and meatloaf and onion mixture in a baking dish, season with parsley and pepper. Sprinkle cheese on top. Baked until golden brown under the hot grill.
