You need 2 slices of meat loaf, approx. 1/2 cm thick, per person. Spread a thin layer of mustard on each slice of meat loaf. Cover one slice with cheese and then place the second with the mustard side facing the cheese on top. Press something down.
Now fry nicely on both sides in the pan. The type of mustard and cheese can be chosen at will. Discs stick quite well. We prefer to eat potato salad with it.
